Kirsty May Hall(h.n.dip.fa) is a South African\British contemporary artist who was born in Benoni, Southern Africa and now lives in the U.K . Her  interpretations of nature focus mainly on depicting many birds and their social interactions with each other. Her definitive style of painting, often done on a massive scale, utilizes white negative spaces, a trademark of her work that she is well known for,to capture the essence of the subject matter, either in full flight or at rest.
